How to confirm product prices, shipping and taxes

The inquiry bag shows a product subtotal, not a final invoice. Start by checking what each price covers, then confirm shipping and any applicable duties or taxes for your destination before payment.
The final quote is discussed on WhatsApp using your selected references and quantities. This guide separates confirmed product amounts from costs that still need a quote so you can ask clear questions.
Check the unit behind each displayed price
- Per piece: the displayed price applies to one individual item, subject to confirmation of the reference and requested options.
- Per pack or set: the displayed price follows the complete pack or set described for that reference. Check the quantity or pieces it includes. One complete pack or set counts as 1 catalogue item toward the 2-item minimum.
- Unit to confirm or price on request: ask which garment or components the quote covers. A pending price is not zero and is excluded from the priced subtotal until confirmed.
Separate the product subtotal from the final total
Use a confirmed unit price multiplied by the quantity for each line, then add the confirmed line totals. Before payment, ask the seller to state the final amount and what is included, rather than treating the website subtotal as the payable total.

Shipping and any applicable duties or taxes are not included in this example. If another item is awaiting a quote, its price must be added only after it is confirmed.
Understand the fixed USD/CAD display
The store display uses a fixed rate of USD 1 = CAD 1.40. At that display rate, the example USD 55.00 product subtotal appears as CAD 77.00. This is a store display conversion; it is not a statement of the current market exchange rate or a payment-provider rate.
Confirm the payment currency and the final amount in the WhatsApp quote. Ask which currency each shipping or other quoted charge uses before combining amounts.
Ask for a destination-specific shipping quote
Send your delivery country or region and the selected product codes and quantities. Provide any additional delivery information the seller needs for an accurate shipping quote. Confirm the proposed shipping method, cost, dispatch estimate and delivery estimate for that order.
Ask how any applicable import duties, taxes or other destination charges will be handled and whether they are included in the quoted amount. These depend on the destination and order; this guide does not supply a tax rate, customs promise or guaranteed delivery time.
Check the final quote before payment
- The same product codes, requested colors, sizes, quantities and sale units as your inquiry.
- Confirmed prices for every line, including anything previously marked price on request or unit to confirm.
- Availability, the included garments or components, shipping cost and the stated handling of duties or taxes.
- The agreed payment currency, final amount and payment details supplied in the seller’s confirmation. Keep that confirmation with your order reference.
